How do I manage notifications?
Go to your device Settings > Pawkins > Notifications. You can customize or disable all notifications there. We respect your attention and never spam.
How do purchases work?
All purchases are handled securely through the App Store. Pawkins uses Apple's in-app purchase system. For refunds, please contact Apple directly through their support.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Pawkins, go to Settings (gear icon), and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Where is my pet data stored?
All your pet data is stored locally on your device only. We do not have accounts or cloud storage. This means your data is private, but also means it cannot be recovered if you delete the app or switch devices.
The app is crashing or not working properly
Try these steps: 1) Force quit and reopen the app, 2) Restart your device, 3) Check for app updates in the App Store, 4) If issues persist, contact us with your device model and iOS version.
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
